近年来,冠心病急性心肌梗塞(简写AMI)的发病率逐年增加,据国内外报告,近期(发病4—8周)病死率仍在15%左右,有的高达30%以上。AMI近期预后的判断,对了解病情恶化和转复程度,辅助更好的治疗和护理,降低猝死的发生率具有重要意义。本文应用电子计算机技术和多因素逐步回归和逐步判别两种数理统计方法,分别推导出判断AMI近期预后的回归方程(Regression Equation)和判别函数式(Discriminant Function)。根据AMI病人当前各指标的检查值,代入回归方程或判别函数式,所得数或差值大小,判断当前的预后。
In recent years, the incidence of coronary heart disease acute myocardial infarction (abbreviated AMI) increased year by year, according to reports at home and abroad, the recent (4-8 weeks incidence) mortality is still about 15%, and some as high as 30%. The judgment of the recent prognosis of AMI is of great significance in understanding the degree of exacerbation and degree of recovery, assisting better treatment and nursing, and reducing the incidence of sudden death. In this paper, we use the computer technology and multi-factor stepwise regression and step-by-step discrimination mathematical methods to derive the regression equation and Discriminant Function to judge the short-term prognosis of AMI. Based on the current values of the AMI patient examination values, into the regression equation or discriminant function, the number of income or the size of the difference to determine the current prognosis.
