随着公民社会运动的发展,非营利组织在人力资源管理方面的困惑急需得到解决。针对这一问题,本文提出了一整套涵盖了评价框架、评价内容、评价方法及程序的人力资源评价模式。最后,通过举例说明了如何应用该评价模式。
With the development of civil society movement, the puzzledom of nonprofit organizations in human resource management urgently needs to be resolved. In response to this problem, this paper presents a set of human resources evaluation mode that covers the evaluation framework, evaluation content, evaluation methods and procedures. Finally, it illustrates how to apply this evaluation model.
