群租现象是我国近年来新出现的新鲜事物。本文从法律规制的角度分析了群租产生的原因和特征,对群租问题的管理提出了对策,认为应当在尊重私法自治的基础上,对群租行为进行合理的规范和疏导,以确保群租关系的各方当事人实现利益协调。
The phenomenon of group rent is a new phenomenon that has emerged in recent years in our country. This paper analyzes the causes and characteristics of group rent from the angle of legal regulation and puts forward some countermeasures to the management of group rent issue. It thinks that group rent should be properly regulated and facilitated on the basis of respecting self-government. The parties to rent relations to achieve the interests of coordination.
