初步研究表明,严密控制磁选时的磁场强度,可从蛇纹石和橄榄石中分选出铬铁矿,尽管在磁选时这些矿物的磁化率几乎一样。在湿式强磁选中,除了磁场强度外,粒度、矿浆浓度和矿浆的给料速度也是重要的参数。磁选所得的精矿含Cr_2O_340%,回收率77.49%。这样的精矿品位不够高,不能用于冶炼,因此需采用诸如重选或浮选方法来进一步提高Cr_2O_3的品位。在本研究中优先采用了浮选方法。
Preliminary studies have shown that tight control of the magnetic field strength during magnetic separation can separate chromite from serpentine and olivine, although the magnetic susceptibility of these minerals is almost the same during magnetic separation. In wet strong magnetic separation, in addition to the magnetic field strength, particle size, pulp concentration and pulp feed rate are also important parameters. Magnetic separation of the resulting concentrate containing Cr2O3, recovery of 77.49%. Such concentrate quality is not high enough, can not be used for smelting, so the need to use such as re-election or flotation method to further improve the Cr_2O_3 grade. In this study, flotation is the preferred method.
