公交站点的布设是个系统问题,不仅需要考虑运营效益,还需要考虑乘客的便利性。城市道路规划部门设置公交站点和乘客选择公交站点是2个相互影响的行为,采用双层规划模型描述双方就站点布设和选择的博弈平衡过程,其中设置了公交站点与周边小区质心之间的可达性要求,具体表现为公交站点的服务功能可覆盖到周边所有交通小区的质心。设计算法求解符合双方利益的最优站点布设结果。以实例验证模型和算法的有效性。
Bus station layout is a system problem, not only need to consider the operational benefits, but also need to consider the convenience of passengers. The urban road planning department set up the bus station and the passengers choose the bus station are two mutually influencing behaviors. The bilevel programming model is used to describe the process of the game balance between the two sides on the layout and selection of the station, in which the distance between the bus station and the centroid of the surrounding area is set To meet the requirement, the service function of the bus station can be covered by the centroid of all traffic cells in the surrounding area. The design algorithm solves the optimal site arrangement that conforms to the interests of both parties. An example is given to verify the validity of the model and algorithm.
