杜公岭隧道的病害特点是衬砌裂缝发展范围广、边沟电缆沟变异严重及路面拱起开裂等。结合杜公岭隧道病害段的设计资料、施工记录及变异检测结果,分析了病害发生情况下衬砌结构的安全性,探讨了该隧道病害发生的原因,提出了疏通隧道排水系统+二次刻槽植入钢格栅的套衬加固+置换仰拱并扩大边墙墙脚基础的综合处治技术方案,为我国今后类似条件下公路隧道病害的治理积累了宝贵的经验。
