炼铁厂空冷器中结垢严重,通过对垢样分析,发现垢中含大量酸不溶性物质,对其进行溶解实验难溶于一般酸中,也就是一般的酸洗很难对其去除,经实验测试该垢在酸碱交替清洗下,加入适合的清洗缓蚀剂。该空冷器上的污垢能够被去除,并经实际应用酸碱清洗去除该项垢是有效的。
Scalding in the air cooler of the ironworks is serious. Through the analysis of the scale samples, it is found that the scale contains a large amount of acid-insoluble substances, which are difficult to dissolve in general acid in the dissolution experiment, that is, it is difficult to remove the acid by ordinary pickling. Experimental testing of the scale acid-base alternate cleaning, adding a suitable cleaning inhibitor. The air cooler dirt can be removed, and practical application of acid-base cleaning to remove the scale is effective.
