以自制的铂电极为基础,制备了葡萄糖酶电极,并测试了淀粉-糖化酶水解液中的葡萄糖,测定的范围为2×10~(-6)～5×10~(-3)mol/L。
Based on the homemade platinum electrode, glucose electrode was prepared and the glucose in the hydrolyzate of starch-glucoamylase was tested. The determination range was 2 × 10 -6 ~ 5 × 10 -3 mol / L.
