包国庆 控制论研究员，任职 14年，兼 8校教授。江西人，学物理，教数学和电子，获神经、心理、教育三领域的国外荣誉。主持二项国家科学基金和联合国项目，在国内外发表论文 200余篇。 1986年以来多次到法、英、意、荷、比交流和工作， 1990年被推选任“世界系统与控制论组织——教育系统协会”主席， 1992年偕妻从总部意大利回国调广州。 1996年任罗马、伦敦、广岛三国际会议评委， 1997～ 1999年台湾三次邀请他担任学术会议演讲人。包国庆教育研究的造诣较深，本刊将陆续发表他关于班级管理方面的文章，以飨读者。
Bao Guoqing is a cybernetic researcher who has served for 14 years and is a professor of 8 schools. Jiangxi people learned physics, taught mathematics and electronics and gained foreign honors in the three fields of neurology, psychology, and education. He has hosted two National Science Funds and UN projects and has published more than 200 papers at home and abroad. Since 1986, he has been to France, Britain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, and Belgium for exchanges and work. In 1990, he was elected chairman of the “World System and Cybernetics Organization-Association of Education Systems”. In 1992, he married his wife from headquarters in Italy and transferred to Guangzhou. In 1996, he served as a judge for three international conferences in Rome, London, and Hiroshima. From 1997 to 1999, Taiwan invited him to serve as a speaker for academic conferences three times. Bao Guoqing’s educational research is deep, and the journal will continue to publish his articles on class management to readers.
