一、我们怎么会想到开展青年教师教学业务达标活动普教战线上的广大干部早就预感到中小学教师队伍将出现严重的年龄断裂。因此,差不多在八十年代初拨乱反正的时候,抓紧培养青年教师这个题目就已经提出来了,而且年年都作为一件大事列入普教工作计划。七八年来,我县基层学校和教育局先后采取了不少措施。例如:1.在拨乱反正过程中,重建学校工作的各项制度,提出工作常规,让青年教师上岗工作有所遵循。
First, how can we think of conducting young teachers’ teaching activities to reach the standard?
