病案质控工作,是医院质量管理工作的重要内容。搞好病案质控工作,策略是前提,方法和技巧是顺利解决问题达到目标的关键。本文强调病案质控过程及病案质控工作本身的管理。在策略上,强调明确质控工作的核心对象和关键因素,把握质控中的重点,树立科学的质量观,拓宽管理者的视野,优化质控的外围环境,建立广义的质控模式。在方法上,强调质控方法的有效和多样性,寻求适合本医院特点的管理方法,不断提高管理效率,促进病案质量和质控工作质量的全面提高。
The quality control of medical records is an important part of hospital quality management. Doing a good job in the quality control of disease cases is a prerequisite for the strategy. The methods and techniques are the key to successfully solving problems and achieving goals. This article emphasizes the management of the quality control process of the case and the quality control of the case itself.
