本研究通过深度访谈和电子邮件调查,对江西财经职业学院四位外籍教师的教学适应进行调查和分析。研究揭示了外籍教师对职前培训,职场文化,工作压力,教育理念等方面的看法与经验。本研究结果能为外籍教师教学管理工作提供实证依据。
Through deep interview and e-mail survey, this study investigates and analyzes the teaching adaptability of four foreign teachers in Jiangxi Vocational and Technical College of Finance and Economics. The research reveals foreign teachers’ views and experiences on pre-service training, workplace culture, work pressure and educational philosophy. The results of this study can provide empirical evidence for the teaching management of foreign teachers.
