由武汉大学生物系张廷璧副教授等培育的早籼稻品种广陆矮四号三体系统完成了选育和染色体鉴定。1991年9月14日,国家教委主持召开了鉴定会。出席会议的水稻专家和遗传学家一致认为:继国外培育成 IR36籼稻三体系统(Khush,1984)和日本晴粳稻三体系统(Iwata,1984)之后,我国广陆矮四号籼稻三体系统是世界上第三个育成的三体系统。从植物形态学、染色体相对长度、臂长、带型和核仁的关系等方面综合分析,其形态标志特征和 IR36三体系统相似。建议在水稻基因连锁群分析中加以利用。
The breeding and chromosome identification of early indica rice cultivated in Guanglu Dwarf No.4 by the Associate Professor Zhang Tingbi, Department of Biology, Wuhan University completed the breeding. September 14, 1991, the State Education Commission presided over the appraisal meeting. The rice experts and geneticists attending the conference agreed that following the cultivation of IR36 indica rice system (Khush, 1984) and Japonica japonica japonica rice system (Iwata, 1984) abroad, the short three indica rice system in Guanglu, China The world’s third bred three-body system. From the aspects of plant morphology, relative length of chromosomes, arm length, relationship between bands and nucleolus, the morphological characteristics are similar to the IR36 trisomy system. Suggest to use in rice gene linkage group analysis.
