With the development of conjugate vaccines, it is urgent to establish an in vitro method that can rapidly and effectively determine the safety and immunogenicity of the conjugate vaccines before in vivo testing. The authors combined the Pseudomonas aeruginosa serum-specific polysaccharide (PS) antigen with its exotoxin (Tox A).
