一氧化氮(NO)作为中枢神经系统内的非经典性细胞递质和信使分子,参与了许多疾病的病理过程的调节。本文结合NO的生物特性及其与一些脑疾病发病的关系作一综述,如癫病、帕金森氏病、脑损伤等缺血等。
Nitric oxide (NO), a non-canonical cellular transmitter and messenger molecule in the central nervous system, is involved in the regulation of the pathological processes of many diseases. This article combines the biological characteristics of NO and its relationship with the incidence of some brain diseases are reviewed, such as epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, brain injury such as ischemia.
