为了提高湍流流场的测量精度 ,针对旋流燃烧器出口截面上一次风和二次风的不同速度分布特征 ,引入了一种相应的单丝斜热线多方位旋转测量方法 .通过对一旋流燃烧器模型出口参数的测量和分析 ,证明在不同的速度特征区域选取不同的参考速度更加合理 .测量方法的不确定性分析证明该方法的测量误差波动较小 .给出了平均速度和雷诺应力分布的测量结果 ,将平均速度与采用五孔探针的测量结果进行了比较 ,两者趋势基本一致 ,表明了测量方法的可靠性
In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the turbulent flow field, aiming at the different velocity distribution characteristics of primary air and secondary air at the exit section of the swirling burner, a corresponding multi-azimuth rotation measurement method of oblique hot wire is introduced. The measurement and analysis of the outlet parameters of the burner model prove that it is more reasonable to select different reference speeds in different speed characteristic regions. The uncertainty analysis of the measurement method proves that the measurement error of this method has less fluctuation. The average velocity and Reynolds stress Distribution of the measurement results, the average speed and the use of five-hole probe measurements were compared, the trend of the two basically the same, indicating the reliability of the measurement method
