研究了1420合金在不同热处理状态的拉伸性能和拉伸断口,并考察了合金的显微组织,分析了断裂机制.结果表明,合金在各种热处理状态呈稳定的穿晶韧性断裂,原因是δ粒子细小,晶内强度低,而且晶界没有材出平密相和无析出带,品界强度没有降低.
The tensile properties and tensile fracture of 1420 alloy were investigated under different heat treatment conditions. The microstructure of the alloy was investigated and the fracture mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the alloy has a stable transgranular fracture toughness under various heat treatment conditions. The reason for this is that the δ particles are small and the intragranular strength is low, and the grain boundary has no flat and no precipitates, and the strength of the grain boundary does not decrease.
