目的:检测天仙子幼苗在高盐、干旱和二者的双重胁迫条件下的生长发育及生理响应。方法:采用不同浓度NaCl和PEG模拟胁迫条件,测定天仙子幼苗的苗高、根长和鲜重的生长特性,以及脯氨酸、MDA及POD、SOD的生理响应变化。结果:高盐和干旱胁迫下苗高和根长显著下降,鲜重无显著变化。双重胁迫下鲜重显著降低,根长则表现为先降低后上升的趋势。干旱条件下,脯氨酸、MDA含量及保护性酶活性均显著升高。盐胁迫下,脯氨酸含量和POD活性显著升高,而MDA含量和SOD活性则显著降低。双重胁迫下,脯氨酸含量在NaCl 25 mmol/L+PEG 20 g/L浓度下积累至最高,MDA含量在NaCl 40 mmol/L+PEG 40 g/L浓度下降至最低,SOD活性升至最高,POD活性无显著变化。结论:试验结果为野生藏药天仙子的人工栽培提供理论基础。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the growth and physiological responses of the seedlings of hen’s elm under double salt stress, drought stress and both. Methods: The growth characteristics of seedlings’ height, fresh weight and root length and the changes of physiological responses of proline, MDA, POD and SOD were assayed under different NaCl and PEG simulated stress conditions. Results: Under high salt and drought stress, seedling height and root length decreased significantly, while fresh weight did not change significantly. Under double stress, fresh weight decreased significantly, while root length decreased first and then increased. Under drought conditions, proline, MDA content and protective enzyme activity were significantly increased. Under salt stress, proline content and POD activity increased significantly, but MDA content and SOD activity decreased significantly. Under double stress, the proline content accumulated to the highest under NaCl 25 mmol / L + PEG 20 g / L concentration, and the content of MDA decreased to the lowest under 40 mmol / L PEG 40 g / L NaCl concentration and the SOD activity increased to the highest , No significant changes in POD activity. Conclusion: The results provide a theoretical basis for the artificial cultivation of wild Tibetan Singers.
