《车工诗》,对于当代的企业家来说,无疑是十分陌生的。它不像孙子兵法的《三十六计》那样,为众多的企业家所器重。那么,是否只有运用《三十六计》才能获得商战的胜利呢?非也。笔者近期研读韩国作家崔仁浩的《商道》和台湾作家高阳的《红顶商人胡雪岩》,发现中外商贾的经营理念,与二千七百多年前《车工诗》的狩猎叙述有相似之处,这不能不说是企业文化的又一发现。
The “Car Workers' Poetry” is undoubtedly very strange to contemporary entrepreneurs. It does not like the “thirty-six plan” of the Art of War, as a heavy burden on many entrepreneurs. So, is it only by using the “thirty-six plan” to win the battle of business? Recently, I studied the “commercial road” of Korean writer Cui Renhao and the “top businessman Hu Xueyan” from Taiwanese writer Gaoyang. I found that the business ideas of domestic and foreign merchants have similarities with the hunting narration of “Cha-ki-po” from 2700 years ago. Can not but say that another discovery of corporate culture.
