目的:采用蛛丝结扎肾动脉制作肾缺血模型,并评价其对肾相关生化指标的影响,为制作肾缺血模型、深入研究肾缺血及肾缺血所引起的相关疾病提供新的方法。方法:选择健康大鼠,蛛丝结扎肾动脉制作肾缺血模型,并对蛛丝组测定SOD,MDA等生化指标检测。结果:SOD,MDA等生化指标均呈现动态的缺血性损伤变化;结论:蛛丝结扎肾动脉的模型制作方法是一种安全性较高、手术操作简便和经济实惠的新方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a model of renal ischemia by ligating the renal artery with spider silk and evaluate its effect on the renal biochemical parameters. It provides a new method for making renal ischemia model and further studying the related diseases caused by renal ischemia and renal ischemia . Methods: The renal ischemia model was established by ligating the renal artery with spider silk, and the biochemical indexes such as SOD and MDA were detected in the spider silk group. Results: The biochemical indexes such as SOD and MDA showed dynamic changes of ischemic injury. Conclusion: The model of ligating the renal artery with spider silk was a new method with high safety, simple and economical operation.
