本文以问卷调查和教师访谈为基础,在理论层面上论述问题的来源、教师专业素质对高校外语有效教学的影响、构建教师专业素质的策略,力图总结经验,丰富教学的理论;在实践层面上对教师开展有效教学实践提供参考,使教师在不断更新知识结构、发展自主能力的过程中,表现出自己的教学特色。
Based on the questionnaire survey and teacher interviews, this paper discusses the sources of the problems on the theoretical level, the influence of the professional quality of teachers on the effective teaching of foreign languages in colleges and universities, the strategy of constructing the professional qualities of teachers, trying hard to summarize the experience and enrich the teaching theories. On the practical level Provide reference for teachers to carry out effective teaching practice, and enable teachers to show their own teaching characteristics in the process of constantly updating knowledge structure and developing their own abilities.
