采用人工降温的低温饲育与自然水温的常温饲育相结合的方法探讨刺参夏眠致因及解除方法。降温饲育:实验期间各年龄群正常摄食每头平均日摄食量亲参0.184克,1龄0.165克,2龄0.317克,2-3龄0.315克,3龄以上0.412;消化道形态正常,小肠组织结构完好无缺;性腺退化不明显,肉眼可辨雌雄处于成熟或排放期;体重呈正增长,每头平均日增重1龄0.543克,2龄0.410克,2-3龄0.875克,3龄以上0.06克。常温饲育:各年龄组群随温度升高日摄食量逐渐降低直至停止摄食;消化道退化显著,小肠组织结构仅留有表皮、肌肉、内表皮;性腺退化迅速难以发现,肉眼难辨雌雄,处于休止期;体重呈负增长,每头日平均增重1龄-0.648克,2龄-0.753克,2-3龄-1.227克,3龄以上-1.818克。水温是刺参夏眠的主要外因,降温饲育可解除夏眠
