目的评价半导体激光与重组人表皮生长因子(rh EGF)凝胶治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)的临床效果。方法选择2013年12月至2014年10月中国医科大学口腔医学院口腔急诊·黏膜病科收治的RAU患者60例,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组30例。试验组患者应用波长为810 nm的半导体激光进行局部照射治疗,对照组患者应用rh EGF凝胶进行局部涂擦治疗。两组疗程均为1周。比较两组患者的疼痛指数减少值、中位溃疡愈合时间、临床疗效及复发率。结果与对照组患者相比,试验组患者疼痛指数减少值大、中位溃疡愈合时间短、有效率高,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1个月内复发率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但试验组患者复发部位均为非治疗部位。结论半导体激光治疗RAU能够即刻缓解疼痛,镇痛作用稳定、持久;可加速溃疡愈合,在短期内可以降低照射部位溃疡的复发率,总体疗效优于rh EGF凝胶。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of semiconductor laser and recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rh EGF) gel in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU). Methods Sixty RAU patients admitted to Department of Stomatology, Department of Stomatology, China Medical University from December 2013 to October 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group of patients with wavelength of 810 nm semiconductor laser for local irradiation treatment, the control group of patients with rh EGF gel for local rub treatment. Two courses of treatment are 1 week. The pain index reduction, median ulcer healing time, clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the reduction of pain index, the shortened healing time and the high efficiency of the central ulcer patients in the test group were statistically significant (P <0.05). The relapse rate within 1 month had no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). However, the relapse sites in the test group were all non-treated sites. Conclusion The laser treatment of RAU can relieve the pain immediately, and the analgesic effect is stable and durable. It can accelerate the healing of ulcer and reduce the recurrence rate of ulcer in the irradiated site in short term. The overall curative effect is better than rh EGF gel.
