校本培训,尤其是新课程校本培训,是促进学校持续发展、教师专业化发展、学生全面发展的有效途径,是推进新课程改革向纵深发展的新生长点,是创建学校特色的有效策略。因而,我校立足实际,找准切入点,大胆实践,积极探索务实高效的校本培训新途径、新模式,在构建学习型学校、促进教师专业发展上进行了一些积极的探索,初步形成了“管有方法、研有创新、训有特色”的校本培训工作新局面。
School-based training, especially school-based training of new curricula, is an effective way to promote the continuous development of schools, the professional development of teachers and the all-round development of students. It is also a new growth point for pushing forward the reform of the new curriculum in depth and an effective strategy for creating school characteristics. Therefore, based on the actual situation, we make every effort to find a suitable starting point, boldly explore new ways and new modes of school-based training in a practical and efficient way, and make some positive exploration in building a learning school and promoting the professional development of teachers, “There are ways to manage, research innovation, training characteristics” of the school-based training a new situation.
