目的探讨骆驼刺提取物对免疫抑制小鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH)的影响。方法小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺建立免疫抑制小鼠模型,以2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)致敏并观察骆驼刺提取物对迟发型超敏反应模型的白细胞数、淋巴细胞数、免疫器官系数和T淋巴细胞转化率的影响。结果骆驼刺提取物能显著增加外周血中白细胞数和淋巴细胞数,减轻免疫器官的萎缩,提高环磷酰胺致免疫抑制小鼠的淋巴细胞转化能力,增强小鼠迟发超敏反应。结论骆驼刺提取物具有增强免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Alhagi sparsifolia extract on delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) in immunosuppressed mice. Methods Mice were injected intraperitoneally with cyclophosphamide to establish an immunosuppressive mouse model. The mice were sensitized with 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) and the leukocyte count and lymphocyte count of the model of delayed hypersensitivity , Immune organ coefficient and T lymphocyte transformation rate. Results Alhagi spars extract can significantly increase the number of peripheral blood leukocytes and lymphocytes, reduce immune atrophy, improve immunosuppressive mice induced by cyclophosphamide lymphocyte transformation, and enhance the delayed hypersensitivity in mice. Conclusion The camel thorn extract can enhance the immune function of immunosuppressed mice.
