“学校”自诞生之日起就打上了文化的印记,学校就是文化的产物。正因为如此,人们说“办学校就是办文化”。文化建设成为近年来学校发展最为鲜亮的名词。但是,当我们仔细审视今天的学校,我们很快就会发现,在现实的学校领域中“文化”又往往是优秀学校的专利,一些普通或薄弱学校,很少甚至不敢提出文化建设的概念,在他们的意识当中,似乎文化是优秀学校的专利,薄弱学校没有勇气、也没有底气提出文化建设的问题。
