金秋玉露、菊黄蟹肥之时,记者应邀参加了中国丹阳第四届黄酒节。盛会期间,经贸洽谈、文艺演出、科技交流、产品销售、佳宾如云、笑语欢声,我们却独钟情于丹阳黄酒,抽暇走访了它的生产地丹阳华酒集团。 黄酒,被誉为我国“国酒”。而丹阳黄酒堪称稀珍。它具有独特的鲜、甜、醇、厚的风味,酒质清澈透明,闪烁着橙黄光泽、香气浓郁、回味无穷。科学检测丹阳黄酒的氨基酸含量,是啤酒的11倍,葡萄酒的7倍左右,可知其营养丰富,被人们赞誉为“液体蛋糕”。丹阳黄酒还具有独特的医疗保健作用。日本1984年的选美冠军广津美子,皮肤特别白嫩,她介绍说是因为天天早上用清酒洗澡。日本的清酒即是我国的黄酒。
When Jin Qiu Lu and Chrysanthemum Yellow were fat, the reporter was invited to attend the 4th Yellow Wine Festival in Danyang, China. During the event, economic and trade negotiations, theatrical performances, scientific and technological exchanges, product sales, excellent guests, and laughters cheered, but we were particularly interested in Danyang rice wine, and convulsions visited its production site, Danyang Wine Group. Yellow wine is known as China’s “national wine.” The Danyang rice wine is rare treasure. It has a unique fresh, sweet, alcoholic, thick flavor, clear and transparent wine quality, sparkling orange luster, rich aroma, endless aftertaste. Scientifically detecting the amino acid content of Danyang rice wine is 11 times that of beer and about 7 times that of wine. It is known that its nutritional value is rich and it is praised as “liquid cake.” Danyang rice wine also has a unique role in health care. Japan’s 1984 beauty champion Shinko Kojima has a particularly delicate skin. She explained that it was because she took a bath with sake every morning. Japanese sake is the yellow wine of our country.
