SS_1型电力机车运行一段时间后,转向架构架各座之间的焊缝及热影响区易产生疲劳裂纹,这样极大的影响了机车的使用寿命。为此,我们曾对各段使用SS_1型机车转向架构架出现的焊缝区裂纹采取了修复工艺。其手段是先采用碳弧气刨或扁铲根除焊缝区裂纹,然后采用T507或T506焊条进行焊接,这样对延长SS_1型机车转向架的寿命起到了一定的作用。但不能从根本上解决转向架构架焊缝区裂纹问题。一般在机车运行几十万公里后产生新的裂纹。裂纹出现的部
