美国心理学家L·泰勒认为,个体差异主要表现在三大方面,即:能力差异、个性差异及风格差异。近二十年来,现代教育心理学对个体差异的研究,除了关注学习者的努力和已有知识、成就动机以及相应的个性特征外,还特别重视学习者的学习风格。目前,学习风格已成为国际教育心理学研究的一个热点,其教育价值也日益为广大教育工作者所认识。
The American psychologist L. Taylor believes that individual differences are mainly manifested in three major areas: ability differences, personality differences, and style differences. In the past two decades, the study of individual differences in modern educational psychology has paid special attention to learners’ learning styles, in addition to the efforts of learners, existing knowledge, achievement motivation, and corresponding personality characteristics. At present, learning style has become a hot topic in the research of international educational psychology, and its educational value is increasingly recognized by educators.
