When enterprises are recruiting marketing professionals, they attach more importance to professional accomplishments of marketing professionals. Therefore, in order to ensure that professional students can quickly adapt to the market competition pressure and help the development of the enterprise as soon as they graduate, it is required that colleges and universities should quickly and accurately grasp the requirements of marketing professionals and strengthen the cultivation of students’ professional qualifications. The article takes this as the research core, analyzes the status quo of the marketing professional students in “3 + 4 ” and formulates the targeted personnel training mode to help students to adapt to the employment situation as soon as possible. “3 +4 ” project refers to the three-year vocational and four-year undergraduate education by convergence, communication
