当前,我省许多地方都在进行农村小学的区域布局调整。通过对农村小学的布局作科学合理的调整,将会有利于优化教育结构,改善办学条件,较好地发挥教育的规模效益,提高教育质量。但是,布局的调整是一场改革,在这一场改革中,往往会有急于求成、工作粗糙、简单从事,未深入细致地进行工作的情况。这些情况会导致出现一些新的问题,这些新问题会导致教育上出现一些负面的影响。研讨新问题,探索解决的方法,使之得到科学合理的解决,才能有利于教育工作的进一步发展。
