目的分析某区2009-2015年食品化学污染物监测数据,了解食品安全状况和变化趋势。方法根据重庆市食品安全风险监测实施方案和工作手册要求进行采样和检测。结果该区共抽检食品样品800件,合格754件,总体合格率94.25%,合格率呈逐年上升的趋势。超标食品主要为猪内脏,超标指标主要为镉和总汞等重金属。结论该区食品安全总体态势良好,但仍存在安全隐患,应引起重视。
Objective To analyze the monitoring data of food chemical contaminants in a certain area from 2009 to 2015 to understand the status and trend of food safety. Methods According to Chongqing food safety risk monitoring implementation plan and work manual requirements for sampling and testing. Results A total of 800 food samples were sampled in the district, with 754 passes, with an overall passing rate of 94.25%. The passing rate showed a year-on-year trend. Exceeded food mainly pig offal, excessive indicators mainly cadmium and total mercury and other heavy metals. Conclusion The overall situation of food safety in this area is good, but there are still potential safety problems that deserve attention.
