佛教文化是中国文化的重要组成部分。随着佛教文化在敦煌艺术中的不断变化发展、吸收融合,佛教文化的外在表现形式逐渐演变为赋有佛教佛理教义和象征意义以及汉民族文化特征的视觉符号。本文从宗教和服饰设计的跨学科角度,将图像学研究方法的合理成分运用在敦煌佛教文化视觉符号演变的研究中,对敦煌佛教文化视觉符号的典型人物形象发展脉络做了尝试性的探索,从佛教文化的承传与崇尚进行整体归纳和总结;在前期总结的基础上,从中选取具有深刻文化内涵和丰富象征意义的视觉符号——供养人像作为主要研究对象进行服饰上的分析和风格的演变研究,从多角度和层面来解读佛教服饰的起源、成形、风格,及受时代的历史、文化、艺术的影响所形成的变化。同时,通过比较当时西域和中原地区服饰的不同特征,从中也可以看出汉族和少数民族在服饰相互影响和融合过程。
Buddhist culture is an important part of Chinese culture. With the continuous change and development of Buddhist culture in Dunhuang art, the external manifestations of Buddhist culture gradually evolve into the visual symbols endowed with Buddhist Buddhist doctrines and symbolic meanings as well as the cultural characteristics of the Han nationality. Based on the interdisciplinary perspectives of religion and costume design, this paper tries to explore the evolution of the typical characters of the visual symbols of Buddhist culture in Dunhuang by applying the reasonable components of the research methods of imageology to the evolvement of visual symbols of Dunhuang Buddhist culture, From the inheritance and advocating of Buddhism culture, the thesis summarizes and summarizes the whole. On the basis of the preliminaries, we choose the visual symbol with profound cultural connotation and rich symbolic meaning as the main research object to carry on the apparel analysis and style Evolution study, interpret the origin, formation, style, and the changes of the influence of the history, culture and art of the Buddhism from a multi-angle and level. At the same time, by comparing the different characteristics of the costumes in the Western Regions and the Central Plains at that time, we can also see that Han and ethnic minorities interact and integrate the costumes.
