聚合物熔融粘度对化学纤维质量和物理机械性能有着很大的影响。目前基本上采用毛细管式粘度计测量,其主要缺点是测量时间长(6~8小时)。其他型式粘度计,如旋转式、振动式等,由于结构上的特点,不大适合测量聚合物熔融粘度。阿尔泰工业技术研究所研制成功一种超声波粘度计,可以连续地直接测量工艺过程中的聚合物熔融粘发。仪器换能器可以安装在内压101.3 Kpa、直径20~100mm 的产品管线上,也可以安装在聚合温度达250~300℃聚合釜和其他设备上。
