本文研究了爆炸焊接复合板经长期加热发生碳迁移后的力学行为的变化后认为 增碳层可分为四个区,靠近交界线是硬度最高的区域。这个硬度最高区的硬度与加热温度和保温时间有关,加热温度越低,硬度越大;随保温时间的增加,硬度先增加,而后略有降低。 增碳层很脆,随加热温度降低和保温时间延长,脆性加剧;加热温度越低,保温时间对脆性的影响越大。 充氯后增碳层脆性更大,裂纹已难以向16MnR扩展,而发生转折沿交界线扩展,使相邻二裂纹在此相遇,可能因而发生剥离裂纹。
In this paper, the change of mechanical behavior of explosive welding composite plate after long-term heating carbon migration is considered. The carbon layer can be divided into four zones, near the boundary line is the area with the highest hardness. The hardness of the zone with the highest hardness is related to the heating temperature and the holding time. The lower the heating temperature, the greater the hardness. With the increase of the holding time, the hardness first increases and then decreases slightly. Carbon layer is very brittle, with the heating temperature decreases and holding time, brittle increased; heating temperature is lower, the greater the impact of the holding time on the brittleness. Chlorinated carbon layer more brittle, the crack has been difficult to 16MnR expansion, and the transition along the expansion of the boundary line, so that the adjacent two cracks in this encounter may result in peel the crack.
