为了解决传统热洗工艺对地层造成的伤害或压死井问题,应用油井洗井阀、多功能凡尔泵两种新型的井下工具进行热洗,改进了传统热洗工艺,通过对这两种热洗效果的分析,克服了传统热洗工艺的不足,避免了洗井液对油层的污染,同时也节约了停井时间、洗井液用量、以及洗井车费用,该工艺技术具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
In order to solve the problem of damage to the formation caused by the traditional hot-cleaning process or to block the well, two new types of downhole tools, such as oil well washing valve and multi-functional Vernal pump, were used to carry out hot-cleaning.
