一、前言 气体碳氮共渗工艺和渗碳工艺比较,不但可简化生产工序,而且能显著地提高零件疲劳寿命,因此引起了国内外的很大重视,并进行了许多研究工作。普遍认为共渗层组织和疲劳性能间有着密切的关系。特别是在高碳氮浓度渗层中,碳氮化合物的分布、残余奥氏体的量对零件疲劳性能都有很大的影响。本文针对上述问题,通过弯曲疲劳试验,并应用电子显微分析,定量金相和X-光衍射分析方法,研究了碳氮共渗层组织和疲劳性能之间的关系。
I. Preface The comparison between gas carbonitriding process and carburizing process can not only simplify the production process but also significantly improve the fatigue life of the parts, which has drawn great attention at home and abroad and carried out many research work. It is generally believed that there is a close relationship between the co-layer structure and the fatigue properties. Especially in high carbon and nitrogen concentration infiltration layer, the distribution of carbonitrides and the amount of retained austenite have a great influence on the fatigue properties of parts. In this paper, the relationship between microstructure and fatigue properties of carbonitrided layers was studied by bending fatigue test, electron microscopic analysis, quantitative metallography and X-ray diffraction analysis.
