本文给出了一种用于无创伤,连续地测量动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_2)的脉搏式血氧测定仪的原理、设计和仪器。脉搏血氧测定仪中使用的两个波长光是典型的红光和近红外光谱区的,正是对两波长相对光强比率的测量导致了血氧饱和度的计算。该脉搏血氧计采用了内含10位A/D转换器的Intel 8098单片机作为数据处理、计算和光驱动的控制。最后给出了初步的实验结果。
This article presents a principle, design, and instrument for a pulse oximeter for noninvasive, continuous measurement of arterial oxygen saturation (SaO_2). The two wavelengths of light used in the pulse oximeter are typical of the red and near-infrared spectral regions, and it is the measurement of the ratio of the relative intensities of the two wavelengths that results in the calculation of oxygen saturation. The pulse oximeter uses an Intel 8098 microcontroller with 10-bit A / D converter for data processing, calculations, and light-driven control. Finally, the preliminary experimental results are given.
