本文以北京市近年来在市政府支持下由教育界和科技界合作针对基础教育阶段如何创设让青少年在科学家身边成长的研究性学习课程,促进基础教育和高等教育共同合作培育优秀高中学生的实践为案例,全面介绍这项创新人才培养项目的教育教学理念、实施机制和初步成效,并从中汲取对于教育科技合作、基础教育和高等教育协同推进区域性创新人才培养的实践经验。
