目的探讨斑,点酶联免疫吸附试验(Dot-ELISA)检测旋毛虫感染早期免血清中特异性抗体IgM在免疫诊断上的价值。方法正常家免经口灌入旋毛虫肌肉期幼虫,于感染后d7和d14静脉系血分离血清,以Dot-ELISA法检测血清中的IgM。结果感染后d7和d14旋毛虫特异性抗体IgM的阳性率分别为85.7%和100%,最高滴度可达1:6400,且与日本血吸虫和弓形虫无交叉反应。结论Dot-ELIS法检测旋毛虫特异性抗体IgM对旋毛虫感染早期诊断具有特异性较强、敏感性高、重现性好的优点.
Objective To investigate the immunological diagnostic value of spot-spot-ELISA (Dot-ELISA) in the detection of serum-specific IgM in the early stage of Trichinella infection. Methods Normal rats were orally injected with Trichinella spiralis muscle larvae. Serum IgM was detected by Dot-ELISA after d7 and d14 infection. Results The positive rate of Trichinella spiralis-specific IgM was 85.7% and 100% respectively after infection, with the highest titer of 1: 6400 and no cross-reaction with Schistosoma japonicum and Toxoplasma gondii. Conclusion The detection of Trichinella spiralis specific IgM by Dot-ELIS is more specific, sensitive and reproducible in the early diagnosis of Trichinella spiralis infection.
