休闲体育是一种流行于社会的时尚,同时,它还是人们的一种新生活方式。随着人们生活质量和健康生活标准的提高,休闲体育受到了越来越多关注。本文从对休闲体育基本概念、功能和我国休闲体育发展面临的问题进行了分析,然后根据当前我国休闲体育发展所面临的问题提出相应的解决措施。
Leisure sports is a popular fashion in the community, at the same time, it is also a new way of life for people. With the improvement of people’s quality of life and the standard of healthy living, leisure sports are receiving more and more attention. Based on the analysis of the basic concepts and functions of leisure sports and the problems we face in the development of leisure sports in our country, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions according to the current problems in the development of leisure sports in our country.
