为了促进早稻大面积平衡增产,强化科技增粮,实现早稻高产、高效栽培技术的大面积示范、推广,2011～2012年农业部和湖南省农业厅在宁远县实施了“早稻万亩高产创建”示范推广项目。采取“集中育秧、合理密植、统防统治、测土配方施肥、科学培管”等标准化、模式化的高产、高效栽培技术,2年累计推广20 420亩,实现总产值2 198万元,新增纯收入687万元,节本增效100万元,取得了显著的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。
