推进“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化,是坚持思想建党、组织建党、制度治党紧密结合的有力抓手,是不断加强党的思想政治建设的有效途径,是全面从严治党的战略性、基础性工程。日前,湖南中烟工业有限责任公司制订《切实推进“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化方案》,进一步明确目标要求,精心安排学习内容,严格细化工作举措,层层推动工作落实。
