运用实验性糖尿病动物模型,动态分析晶体、视网膜、肾脏和血液中镁、锰离子水平,后者的含量与变化均很微小.但镁离子在病程1个月时.血清、晶体中的含量呈下降趋势,视膜中镁随病程而下降,肾脏镁在病程1个月时升高,以后渐降。给镁动物组织和血清中的镁浓度均不同程度恢复。表明肾功能损害可能是视网膜、晶体和血清镁浓度进一步降低的原因,通过不同途径长期、少量给镁,对恢复和提高组织中镁浓度,维护肾脏正常功能有一定作用。
Animal models of experimental diabetes were used to dynamically analyze the levels of magnesium and manganese ions in the lens, retina, kidney and blood, and the contents and changes of the latter were very small. The result shows that the damage of renal function may be the cause of the retina, crystal and serum magnesium concentration decreasing further. Through different ways of long-term and small-dose magnesium, it can restrain and improve the magnesium concentration in tissue and maintain the normal function of kidney.
