本文利用优化原理,提出了根据许用压力角进行摆动从动杆盘状凸轮机构运动设计的新方法。它在只给出许用压力角从动杆运动规律及其摆动角度和相应的凸轮转角的情况下,借助计算机直接求出凸轮的最小基圆半径、摆杆长度和摆杆初始位置角。这种数学分析法在原理上兼有图解法简明、易懂的优点,同时又克服了图解法繁复、精度低,以致实际上不大被采用的缺陷。它是一种精确简捷的方法。
In this paper, using the principle of optimization, a new method to design the motion of disc cam mechanism with oscillating follower is proposed based on allowable pressure angle. It gives the minimum base radius of the cam, the length of the pendulum rod and the initial position of the pendulum with the aid of a computer under the condition of giving only the movement rule of the permitted pressure angle driven rod and its swinging angle and the corresponding cam rotation angle. In principle, this method of mathematical analysis has the advantages of conciseness and comprehension of the graphic method and at the same time overcomes the defect that the graphic method is complicated and the precision is low, so that the mathematical method is not greatly adopted. It is a precise and easy way.
