饭店服务人员招聘难,流动率高是不争的事实。然而,笔者亲眼看到有这样一位酒店餐厅的领班,用她自身具有的正能量营造了舒心愉快的小环境,留住了服务员。3年来,她所带领的6名服务员没有一人离职。这名领班是个乐天派,天天乐乐呵呵,每天脸上总带着自信的微笑。客人急扯白脸地挑剔时,她不烦不恼,微笑应对,能满足客人的,自己不怕麻烦,尽量满足客人的要求。领导批评她,她虚心接受,不气馁、不抱怨。带领的服务员出现了工作失误,她耐心帮助弥补,不责怪、不使脸子。
