针对学科馆员时间和精力都非常有限的状况,提出结合结构洞理论的学科服务模式。学科馆员应利用信息优势占据结构洞,针对每一学科团队选择恰当的主要联系人,创造“里应外合”的信息需求环境,提高服务效率,并以学科团队的整体服务跟进为保障,从而有效拓展服务范围和层次,完善学科服务机制,建立起高效的学科服务网络。
In view of the very limited time and energy of subject librarians, this paper puts forward the disciplinary service model combining structural hole theory. Subject librarians should use information superiority to occupy the structural hole. For each subject team, they should choose the appropriate primary contact person to create an information needs environment that should meet the needs of different disciplines and improve service efficiency. With the overall service follow-up of the subject team as a safeguard, In order to effectively expand the scope and level of services, improve the service mechanism of discipline, and establish an efficient service network of disciplines.
