灰坑检查坑結构本身就属于极易断裂的条形建筑物,加以外界荷載复杂,列車通过的震蕩,在使用中又受到高溫炉灰与机車放水等侵蝕作用,因而产生裂紋,混凝土脫落,鋼軌扣件松动,排水堵塞。庫內检查坑中由于生产作业影响,又产生混凝土棱角及坑側地面損坏等情况,影响行車安全与使用年龄,因此在設計中对建筑材料的选择与建筑构造的改善,应根据其修建地点与使用条件的不同,予以妥善解决,以求得良好的使用性能。一、坑牆混凝土剝落破損 与建筑材料选择在我們所調查的30多座庫外灰坑检查坑中,90%以上的坑牆混凝土均脫落破損。其位置一般都在坑的清灰部位,破損剝落深度达50~100毫米,卵石或鋼筋外露,破損面积占坑壁30~60%。其中尤以某机車厂前毛
