开展事业单位绩效考核是经济社会发展的必然要求,是深化事业单位改革的重要举措,有利于构建完整的事业单位监督管理体系。近年来,我们围绕“怎么考”、“谁来考”、“考什么”、“怎么用”这一主线,紧扣创新考核方式、严格考核程序、规范考核内容和强化结果运用等关键环节,结合我市实际,探索建立了事业单位绩效考核制度。
