本实验首次应用激光微循环血流计、氧分压测量仪及电镜等手段初步研究了加热对肿瘤血流量和氧分压的影响。实验中观察到肿瘤血流量下降、乏氧、pH下降及溶酶体增加等结果证实加热对肿瘤具有杀伤作用。提示加热治疗时应用微循环血流计监测肿瘤,有益于估价疗效。以IR、Cu、CR及PR评价加热疗效,加热组IR显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。依据实验结果,本文对加热治癌机理进行了讨论并对加热合并放射“增敏”概念进行了分析,认为加热对放射的增敏不是主要的,而单纯热效应居于主导地位。
In this experiment, the effects of heating on tumor blood flow and partial pressure of oxygen were firstly studied by means of laser microcirculation blood flow meter, oxygen partial pressure meter and electron microscope. The decrease in blood flow, hypoxia, pH drop, and increase in lysosomes were observed in the experiment and confirmed that heating had a killing effect on the tumor. It is suggested that the use of a microcirculatory flow meter to monitor the tumor during the heating treatment is beneficial to evaluate the curative effect. The heating effect was evaluated by IR, Cu, CR, and PR. IR in the heating group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Based on the experimental results, this article discusses the mechanism of heating and cancer treatment and analyzes the concept of heating combined with radiation “sensitization”. It is believed that the sensitization of radiation to radiation is not the main one, and the simple thermal effect dominates.
